Taxi drivers cover up windows, what if a hit and run happens?
STOMPer W spotted many taxis with the driver's windows covered up with sun shields. In case of a hit and run accident, no one would be able to identify the driver, says this STOMPer.
She says:
"I saw this on May 22 at about 11.30am at Pasir Ris MRT.
"Look... how can it be?
"Almost 90% of the taxi drivers are covering up their driver's window.
"What if they are involved in a hit and run accident?
"How can anyone identify who was the driver behind the wheel?
"will LTA do something?
"Isn't this illegal?"

Are U a idiot... This shade are able to see through and taxi driver is driving the whole afternoon, u think they can tahan the heat... U muz be a poor chap tat cannot afford car tat why u dun noe the heat and glare the driver are suffering... Next time, U post can u juz use a bit of ur bloody brain and dun use ur **** or boobs to think....

cover up window also cannot!! . Sun shield is allow. This idot only notice Taxi using sun shield. Private car don't use sun shade???? Use ur eye to see not ur ..... ok.!
Cover up window got problem meh??? Cover up license plate dan got problem. With the license plate LTA n taxi operator will know what to do. You don't know does not mean nobody will know.
Maybe STOMP moderator should stop ppl below certain age or IQ from posting stupid thing.

Wow!!! this stomper really got no better thing to do in life. Can position on the same spot jus to take foto of cab wif sun shade sticking on their window.
How abt those ppl wearing mask walking on d street during this H1N1 ..
