So does it means that if we are told to go pickup pax from crown plaza while on que at T3, we can reject?
Also if we were to pickup any pax from any terminal to any terminal we can just jump the que and go straight to the taxi stand?
Because I believe many bros has the experience of picking pax to/from budget terminal to T1.
Quote from the LTA letter : "For taxis that ferried passengers within the airport terminals, priority would also be given to them to pick up passengers again at the taxi-stands."
From the sentence above, I guess your 2nd paragraph is correct but then sometimes the fa*king co-ordinates act like as though they owned the airport.

the way i read LTA's letter...typical CS who dun know ground situation
i understand it this way -
co-ordinator has no right to force TD to go crown plaza
if there's a booking from plaza & pax chabok...TD has the priority to come back to TS...sure get alot of horns from other TDs...plus co-ordinator wont recognise you
ferry paxs within terminals...u think co-ordinator can remember your cab meh if u hv the priority?
so the lta need to polish his knowledge b4 writing

according to one of my TDfriend, when u sendingpax within the terminalu have to inform the co-ordinator ask them to take down your number plate, upon returning to the same terminal go straigh to the waiting lot need not to Q. (Hehas beendoing this several times already...)
