Hi Seniors,

Not sure but I very likely getting a summon soon. Damm stupid MISTAKE but glad it didn't get worse. Still is quite serious to be asking for wavier.
Like to know:
a.Estimate within a week to recieve notice?
b.Summon address to me based on log-in on the MDT?
c.Send to you direct or via Comfort?
d. Appeal direct with TP/LTA (depending who issue) orthru Comfort?

Those static camera at the traffic lights. My case very malu to explain. Is not chiong traffic light, but still seriously stupid mistake and dangerous. Just lucky it didn't got to that stage. Advise appreciated.

It happened on National day morning at a junction somewhere marine parade near siglap.
I stopped at the traffic lights at the front. For a moment my senses took leave and also something green trigger my sight. After about half a minute or longer I think, I step on the accelarator and move forward. The lights were actually still red! I was like few metres forward and I suddenly gain my senses! Dun ask me what happen coz till today I am still totally puzzle. I drive my own car on normal days and have a clean record for mmmm......more than 6 years. I am not sure if the traffic light camera took the pics during the wait duration. I felt dreadful and lucky I did not cause any accident. I am truly baffled and remorse of what happen and it been bugging me what went wrong. Tireness maybe or something unexplainable. I hope to appeal if I get summon coz I know I am wrong but I did not intentionally do it. So what are my venue to appeal if it does come? Thanks and please dun belittle me as I feel bad enough about this.

no need to worry too much when the summon come than think about it.
Not all traffic light camera are working. Fixed speed camera works only one way.

I did experience that during my second week of taxi driving.....suddenly lost my road sense.
Once the green light on the other of the road trigger me to move forward. Now I,m season.

Relax.

bro frenz, from your post I assume that you did not see 2 flashes of bright light which means the camera was not working at the time. If so, there no need to worry at all.

Thanks lazybone and reliefdriver for the kind words. Actually during that blackout period I can't be sure got flashes or not. Hope not! I need to be very careful now on...........
