Agreed with fellow members...

There are lot of unwritten rules for hirer and relief relation.
Taxi driving is not easy as many would think. After a long n hard day , we don't want dispute n misunderstanding. Handover, go home n recharge n prepare for another day.
If not sure, try to put urself in the other party shoe n think. If it is ok for u, sometime the other party might not think so. It take time to build up the relation.
