Bro, new cabbies always like that. Worry about too many risks on the road.
After some time, you will learn how to play the game and take "calculated risks".
And enjoy the game too.

Cheer up wink

Bro....whatever you have said..above...it can be done and whether you are driving smart and taking some calculated risk at times...

You will win some and lose some..in the end ..you only get wiser and improve your road skills and tactics...

We Uncles are businessemen in our own rights..you reap what you sow.....if others think lowly of us taxi uncles...thats their bloody business. why like such thoughts upset you..

As long you do your part..do it with some pride and professionalism thrown in...it will make your day and journeys worth the effort...

If you have survived till this stage..you have come a long way.... press on...you will only get better at it.

Why border about what other road users think ?
Just be alert and most important avoid accident.

I only care about whether I can hit my target or
any extra to cover my next shift when I log off.

Hello Bros,

I had wrote in to LTA & TP on the quiry of bus lane along Boundary Road ( towards Serangoon Ave. 4). This is the replied from LTA, maybe this may help to "seek" for your case of the fine, $130. Likewise, if you have got waived over the fine, one cup of coffee, ok?

We refer to your email of 07/11/2008.

The bus lane dotted lines are provided when there is a slip road, turning
junction or side roads that may lead to carparks etc. Generally, taxis are
allowed to stop along the lane with dotted lines to pick-up or alight
passengers during the bus lane operational hours.
However, taxi drivers
should be mindful to observe other road traffic rules when stopping to pick
up or set down passengers.

Thank you for writing in.

Yours sincerely
