intended destination though sometimes we have to do some guessing.
and ya, there r 2 YMCAs, oso muz check which one pax is going to.

Pax: 'Falton Hotel', please.
Me: Huh? Falton Hotel? Sorry sir, do u mean Carlton Hotel on Bras Basah Road?.
Pax: No, no. FALTON HOTEL.
Me: Can u spell it out for me, please.
PAX: F-U-L-L-E R-T-O-N. FALTON HOTEL!
(Me now silently knnccb Fullerton don't say, say Falton. Falton ur mother cb la).
Me: Oh, okay. Falton Hotel.
So zoom, zoom, send him to Fullerton Hotel, collect my fare, case closed.
So u see, bros, we get pax from all over the world who pronounce words differently from us.
