What routes u take? GPShaywire , ask me exit and back BKE...didnt follow GPS,and took my own way after theexiting BKE.Trip started after midnite 50% surcharge, fare 32.70, pay by nets, 33.00.

What would be the estimated price?

Pls advise.

holland rd > upp bukit timah > bt panjang > BKE > SLE > woodland ave 12 exit wink

acekang, check your GPS map version!
For older version (few mths back) on Garmin when you reach BKE area, always a big loop CCK back to Dairy Farm.

depends on faster way or shorter way...

i usually take lornie- upper thomson- sembawang...
(maybe i stay yishun i used to it.)

anyway can always ask pax, ie, go by bke or lornie- sembawang

some will reply anything,
some will say the faster way (wife waiting liao)
some will say the shorter way (cuz at nite not much traffic)

the most pluck-up one will say
of cse the shortest and fastest way lah!

one of my fren kana complaint by pax becos he said this;

this happened during peak hrs few days after the new fare structure,
bo lang, and taxis longgg Q everwhere.

pax: uncle, upp bt timah.
uncle: which way you 1 2 go?
pax: cheapest way.
uncle: go take bus or MRT lor.

Holland V > Holland Road > Clementi Road > Upp Bt Timah Rd > BKE (Dairy Farm Exit) > SLE (exit Woodlands Ave 12)

More or less same as bro bluenuts.

Another way is Holland V > Holland Road > Farrer Road > Adam Rd > Lornie Road > Upp Thomson Rd > Marymount Rd > Ang Mo Kio Ave 6 > Lentor Rd > Yishun Ave 1 > Sembawang Rd > Gambas Rd > Sembawang way > Sembawang Drive > Admirality Dr

Your 2nd route very scary leh, from upp thomson go straight up all the way will be Sembawang road liao mah, why want go Marymount then this then that then Sembawang road lei?

bro yellowsub, if u r oredi on Upp Thomson Rd, why detour to Marymount Rd and so on and so on?
If u continue along Upp Thomson Rd, u will come to Sembawang Rd liao ma.
knn, like dat hor, pax will surely ask u : Uncle, u want bring me for tour isit?
and if kena those lagi ngeow type, u surely will get kopi invitation.

To me, I would take Holland->Sixth Ave->Eng Neo->PIE->BKE....

Sorry guys, a creature of habit, use marymount rd more often than upp thomson > sembawang rd .. u guys are correct, a little sotong there.

Here is one more..From29 Shipyard Road to Wilby road (Bukit Timah) which way will you take . My GPS guided me thru shortest route fare only $12.80 during peak hour somemore. : (

Jalan Buloh>West Coast Road>Clementi Ave.2>Clementi Road>Ulu Pandan Road>Old Holland Road>Wilby Road
