With regard to Auto-booking (land line) contact number not shown, i've reflect to CDG and they called and inform me that the system is encountering some kind of bug which their IT team is looking into it.
They assured me that it's not done on purpose and they are trying to rectify the fault asap.
As for double booking, i've reflect this problem to them too and according to them, it's a flaw in the system.
I was not satisfy with that answer as it's unacceptable to me cos with the amount of money pump in, double booking due to flaw in system is not acceptable.
Generally these double or triple booking are despatched by the system automatically, not thru operator, hence i suggest to them, hire more operator instead.
But they tell me they are constantly trying to improve the system further.
Yeah right, thinking in my heart, trying to improve the system further to protect the pax interest, not us.furious

Ha ha, no need to reflect to CDG la. I like this type of call.
We are instructed to verify the oncall pax.
For this case, no name no contact number, male, female or lady boy. How to
verify?

I applied what I learned from army. "Use your initiative".
I verify them by destination. Hello, where are u going ? Sorry I'm on call.
another taxi is coming. So far they never call to say I picked the wrong pax.

As you mentioned " trying to improve the system further to protect the pax interest, not us.furious.gif " Let them solve the problem, pax complain will be more effective.

CDG should deduct call charges fr passenger once they are assigned a cab.
They could cooperate with Tele companies on that.
This way we have genuine callers.Less defraud.

Imagine if you are the pax. What if the assigned cab did not arrive or arrive very late (traffic jam, waited a the wrong spot, miss a turn....)

The ONCALL taxi did not pickup the right pax but still collect the call charges. Pax kpkp, you think TD will go scotch free.

Something to share....

VIP caller... so far has taken a few from pub..
Was on the spot or very near and can reach in one minute.

From my encounter they are the Cabcharge prepaid card holder.
One of them I remember had a balance of $500+ after the trip.

So logically must be VIP. Paid in advance so die die must assign them a cab.
Maybe VIP hotlines to book cab.

From what I know, If you press "NO SHOW", control will call u to wait for another X mins.
Not easy to earn the call charges.
Imagine if you **** up the trip and can't handle the situation.
What will happen ?

Ha ha !
Me alone can't determine who exactly are those VIP.
Pick up too few.

Imo anybody can be VIP.
Just open an account with Taxi co and deposit the require amount of $$.

I saw it somewhere "Don't Want to Q?" with Cabcharge advertisement.

Once a person prepaid $ into his personal cabcharge then he gains the priority service of booking. In real, does it always work? To me whenever I see VIP booking, I sim.
