I don't quite understand your "almost hit me". You said it just turn out slowly and almost hit you and you managed to brake on time, meaning he turned out from small road without give way? or both of you approached merging lane?

If you are observant. You will notice lot of reckless drivers on the road. No only taxi drivers!!
