STOMPer Michelle managed to film her neighbour scratching her car at a multi-storey carpark, thanks to a camera installed in her car. She wrote:"This is the third time my car was scratched while it was parked at the multi-storey carpark at my place at Block 486A Choa Chu Kang Avenue 5."I'm glad I installed a car video recorder and finally caught the person that damaged my car. It turned out to be the neighbour living above my unit."I've reported the matter to the police and filed a magistrate's complaint against him. "I want justice and action to be taken against him."
