SINGAPORE - She alighted and turned her jeans pockets inside out, showing she had no money to pay the taxi fare.

"No money, so how?" the taxi driver asked.

So she jumped back into the taxi. And what she did next shocked and worried cabby Ang Peck Seng so much that he later made a police report.

According to him, the busty female passenger aggressively tried to seduce him into having sex with her by exposing her breasts and her private parts.

The early-morning incident happened on Sunday at Amber Road in Tanjong Katong.

Recounting the incident, Mr Ang, 53, said he picked the woman up at Tanjong Katong Road at 5.16am.

He told The New Paper in Mandarin on Friday: "She looked as though she was trying to get away from two men, who were following behind her at about three car lengths away. She wasn't wearing any shoes."

She boarded his CityCab taxi, sat in the front passenger seat and asked him to make a U-turn.

"After I did so, she kept looking back to see if the two men were following her," said Mr Ang, a taxi driver of 14 years. She didn't tell him her destination, but directed him to Amber Road - about 300m away - where she told him to stop. The ride took only about a minute and the fare was $5.40.

After Mr Ang stopped the taxi by the side of the road, she asked to borrow his mobile phone to make a call. He made the call on her behalf, but no one picked up.

She searched through her pockets, before getting out the car, standing by the side of the road and turning her jeans pockets inside out.

He said: "After picking up a dried leaf from the ground, she got back into the taxi, gave me the leaf and said she had no money." So he asked her: "How?"

The woman asked if he could wait, and he refused.

She then asked him what he wanted, to which he replied: "I don't know."

Suddenly, she put her hand on his chest, pushed him back and, without warning, unzipped his pants with her other hand, said Mr Ang.

She then bent towards his groin, reached into his underwear and exposed his private parts, indicating she wanted to give him oral sex, he claimed.

He said: "I'm an old man. I knew immediately what she wanted to do.

"I could feel her touch my private parts with her mouth for a while.

"I knew I was in deep trouble. I kept telling myself, 'No, I cannot succumb to the temptation, it is against the law'.

"There's no free lunch. So, I wasn't aroused."

When he didn't respond to her advances, she asked him why he was not aroused, Mr Ang said.

He said: "She then pulled down her tank top using both hands, exposing her naked breasts in front of my face.

"She said, 'Baby, baby, kiss'."

Didn't respond

Again, he didn't respond to her.

She returned to her seat and lowered her jeans to her knee, exposing herself.

He said: "She pulled my hand over to touch her private parts and reacted as though she was enjoying it.

"She then moved my hand to her breasts."

The woman then wanted to give him oral sex again. He said he had zipped up his pants by then.

He said: "She then pulled my shirt, as though she wanted to tear my shirt apart. I pushed her away."

Mr Ang said she continued to kiss and hug him, and even pressed her breasts to his face.

Kneeling on the front seat, she then asked him for sex.

He said: "I asked her, 'How to have sex?' We were at the roadside, a public place. If the police catches us, we can get fined."

She then suggested the back seat. He refused.

The divorced man with a son and a daughter in their 20s said: "I know the consequences. I'm sure if I had sex with her, she would ask for monetary compensation - a few hundreds or a few thousands even.

"I don't know her, how can I have a relationship with her? I'm an old man in my 50s, she's a young girl in her 20s.

"No matter how pretty she is, I can't touch her. If I become aroused, I'll fall into her trap."

He described her as a busty woman with a sexy figure, black long hair and fair complexion.

But the woman didn't give up.

"She continued to seduce me again.

"She even acted as though she was reaching the climax, with heavy breathing and moans. But I just sat there at my driver's seat, watching her perform."

It finally ended when a man on a bicycle started riding towards them from the opposite side of the road.

Seizing the opportunity, Mr Ang said he called out to him.

That's when the woman turned nasty and threatened to call the police.

He said: "She said I can't run away because she has my phone number."

He tried to explain to the cyclist what had happened, but the woman alighted from the cab and claimed that Mr Ang had molested her instead.

Mr Ang decided that enough was enough. While she was talking to the cyclist, he quickly drove away.

He continued working till about 8am, before making a police report and giving his statement later that day.

Mr Ang said he felt harassed during the 20 minutes she tried to seduce him. It was the first time he had such an encounter.

He said he made the police report to protect himself in the event the woman claims he molested her. He added: "She molested me, how can I scream? If I chase her out of the taxi and she screamed and said I molested her, who would believe that it was the other way round?

"There were only the two of us in the car and it was very quiet at that stretch of road. Who would come to my rescue? Who would save me?"

He said he decided to relate his encounter to the media so he could warn other men to be careful.

"Many taxi drivers have fallen prey to this and most of them just pay the compensation because they don't want their wives to know," he said.

He said he's lucky he has an in-vehicle camera, which recorded the entire conversation from the time he picked her up. He has handed the video to the police.

Said Mr Ang: "I may consider locking the door to the front passenger seat to prevent similar incidences from happening again. In the future, I'll definitely ask female passengers to sit at the back seat."
