Thats a good one. I should do the same. I always help pax, shant do it any more. What about luggage at airport? I used to do it then fellow taxi driver said i need not cos i lady. Once got one white angmo bitch just pushed her luggage to me and she just parked her fat ass in the taxi. I swear I will never do it again and if ever encounter such incidents, tell her take another cab.

its a very serious offend for refusing pax at the AP.

you should tell your pax that you had hurt your back and you need her to load the luggages herself. smile

Bear in mind, we are taxi drivers, not their chauffeur. Of course, we wounldn't want to offend any of our pax. What you can do at airport is that get down & open the car booth, while the pax are approaching near you, greet them & then explain to them that you have wrist injury or what TU had said, you hurt your back.

In the case of her "parking" herself straight away, kindly tell her you are not able to load up her luggage. If she is angry, smile back & just say sorry. She will either ask the ushers to help her instead or she'll just get piss off & go to another taxi. In any scenario, try your best not to argue with them. Smile back is the better option to do. After all, she is just a pax, not my mum. I do not need to be affected by her for the rest of the day.

Stay chill & be positive. Cheers fellow drivers ^_^

U can buy it at guardian pharmacy .I was a slip disc patient too, it was recommended by a doctor I visit . The thing about the seat is light weight portable comes in diff colour. I was shocked with my first seating , it somehow draw your body weight away from your spine ,it's like floating in the air u feel zero weight on your back or spine.

If u been to other countries, they are much much worst! Overcharging, going round and round as they don't ask you your preferred route and you pay more! Most taxi oversea are worst then here! Probably he is just a frog in the well!!! Haha...
