    At Upper Cross Rd driving to CTE entrance.
    
    There are alot of blindspots there due to the MRT construction.
    
    This idiot just change 4 lanes without due care just to stay inside the ERP zone...
    
    lucky I keep safe distance, or else I langa the car infront.
    
    Too bad I only managed to get the no. as 3920, but did not catch the alphabets is SHA or SHC...
