As a goodwill, you do not need to pay CDGE for relocating your Janus HD camera if you
change to another taxi (or new taxi).
13. How do I know my Janus HD camera is working?
The blue/red LED indicators on the camera will alert you that it is working. If the blue LED is

recording.
14. What is the duration of recording in the event of accident?
Once there is an impact, it triggers an event to be recorded. A 20 second video clip

leaving the crucial evidence untouched.
16. Am I able to activate recording when there is no impact on my car? For instance if I

The date/time recording is synchronized by the internal GPS receiver. Once the SD card is
preset to the Singapore region, it will be synchronized at local time.

accident report. If your taxi is maintained by STK, you are required to go to STK to make
the accident report.

If the video footage is related to the circumstance of accident, you may have a copy of the
video footage. Other than that, the company has the sole discretion to decide if you need to
have a copy of the video footage that is not related to the circumstance of accident.
20. Where should I report if my camera is faulty or not functioning?

I am just curious...there are many kinds of Car Cameras in the market place with better configurations at lower costs, why LTA only specify on particular Brand for CDG or Citicab? This sounds like a monopoly to me....any one care to enlighten me?
