just to make life more easy and safer,Just imagine u can rest at kopitiam and biz is coming by phone,
all smart passenger using smartphone or hotel computer can find the nearby Taxi caller's taxi instanly, knowing the taxi colour ,race they want, language speaking,
Since u have a online smart phone, u can simply install "taxicaller-driver" and you friend install "taxicaller-passenger" or online computer to looking for u.
try it for free for a month, we collect one singapore dollar per day once you business start
I hope u can have a group of "good taxi driver of singapore" who can be tourist guild as well.
give me your Plate number for easy idendifly, cab color,car type , local call phone number and i can set the zone for testing.

If booking allow S$ + meter than will be widely accepted for taxi drivers ...

example during hot hours / hours no taxi allow users to bid $10.00 + meter, S$20.00 + meter then good ...

If not, who would be in the correct mind to waste diesel and time to go to pax location, i would rather continue sipping kopi at the kopitiam ... biggrin

And once accepted matched, the booking S$ must come to my account first, if not later pax no show how ???

The system is the Passenger can talking with u or u can contact him for any extro fee if u think fixed, u also can see where he want to go before acepting.only for within 4 km.over distance should be auto assigned to the best vehicle,for distance far and by booking, I can adjust the rate during peak hours, and tell the rate before booking,

biding system been ban at china and I think Singapore Soon or later too.

sorry, I have not study, LTA law yet, but u can tel the passenger about the difficuty, after knowning the bad traffic condition and tel term not price negotiate is allow, If they consider the condition and willing to pay tips and that is not a problem.or u can cancle the ride too. after tel talk. and the booking fee S$3 is pay to u,since he is book by phone and not again singapore law

Sorry to say that according to LTA law, we cannot negotiate the price with the passengers. We will be in deep trouble if we are to do that. Even it is agreed in the first place, and the pax complained to LTA after that, we are dead too.

Unless he/she offer the price himself and we just treat it as a general tips from them, but it will not be clear cut enough.

Anyway, it looks like a great program but I'll suggest you to look for taxi companies instead. kudos to your ideas & all the best ^_^

1,The booking fee is s$3 per ride,didi this pay to u uncle or coolect by the company? My system is the passenger direct hail you by using their smart phone, no need dispatch center and you collect all the money directly from passenger, we didnot ask for share,but if there is dispatch center helping receiving booking,than we much collect S$1 per trip to pay salary of staff employed.
2,that is 50% for mid night to 6am morning charge and 25 % increase during peak hour,The system can auto set to rate and estimate the fee to the passenger
3,this is no biding company,so biding is no allow, but tips is welcome if u provide the best service.

I have put a demo account there for testing ,please try it,only problem is the driver contact telephone not seting so the passenger cannot call driver,but the driver can call using his APP to passenger if the passenger register with his real telephone contact
