Hi, I am a super relief and not sure if this has previously been brought up.
All along, I have thought that everytime we accept cashless payment by credit cards, cab charge, NETS, Ezlink etc....our taxi companies will capture it automatically via our MDT and within the stipulated timeframe, credit the taxi fare into our account with them.
However, it seemed that this is not the case and I had to write to them to point out the missing charge and then they adjusted the fare back to me.....
Any one had this problem before or currently? Should we completely rely and believe the system will not short-change us?
Please let me know if you have this "unfortunate" experience and whether you have to check every cashless payment you accepted.
