Vivocity Taxi Stand to Serangoon Central (opp NEX)

@ 2am with the following points:

1) All sliproad entrance to CTE.tunnel is closed

2) Pax want fastest route

And since on this topic, is there any other way I can be informed about road closure? It seems that the cte sliproad closure totally caught me off-guard.. =(

Exit Vivocity - U turn to Telok Blangah Rd-Keppel rd - Keppel viaduct-MCE-KPE-exit Upp Paya Lebar-Boundary rd- Serangoon Central.

Note.Fastest route may not be the shortest.
